3. Positioning: You will lie comfortably on the motorized scanner table. You will be given earplugs or headphones to protect against the machine's loud tapping sounds.

4. The Scan: The table will slide into the scanner. It is critical that you remain completely still during the imaging process to ensure clear, accurate results.

5. Results: Once complete, you can collect your belongings. Your imaging results will be securely transmitted to your referring physician or your personal email if requested.
